Shokudaikiri is a sword spirit(or god) that was given human form by a strong sage(MC) to help save the world from enemies trying to change the flow of history. Because of this sage, him and other sword warriors are able to travel back in time to stop these enemies from changing history.
Before given human form, he was a blade wielded by Date Masamune. And because of this, he tries his best to come off as cool and powerful, but he mostly comes off as a mothering hen. He worries about the other warriors and has taken to the habit of feeding everyone.
